OPERATION: Sack Lunch has been very fortunate to employee some exceptional people over the past several years. Our current staff is absolutely stellar.

• AC comes to us via the Millionaire's Club where he is the head chef and manager of the kitchen. He graciously shares his culinary talents with us every Sunday and cooks up some yummy meals.
  
• Michael volunteered with us for several months down at the line and in the kitchen before he became an OSL staff member. His promptness, amiable manner, and ability to get along with all the different OSL volunteers has made him invaluable. He is reliable and works his little tail off. We love Michael!
  
• Marcus also volunteered with us through his friendship with Michael for several months before   we found out that he had been a cook in the military. we knew we had scored  big time. It isn't easy making delicious food that serves 800 people at a sitting and Marcus does it exceptionally well. He is admired and appreciated by clients and staff.
  
• And last but certainly not least our amazing administrative guru, Kimi. A mere child herself (wise beyond her years,) her organizational skills are exemplary, her people and diplomacy skills are amazing, and she knows just the right thing to say to keep Beverly focused. She has no fear!
  
• Susan continues to manage the service program and coordinate the volunteer schedule.
  
• Lynn continues to as well as being one of our most inspirational speakers for student groups and other organizations.
  
• Beverly simply continues….
