Partnering with Seattle Area Food Distributors, Restaurants, Grocers and Caterers, OSL rescues more than 5000 lbs each week of nutritionally dense, healthful food before it hits the waste stream and we share this with other Seattle area Meal Providers who are unable to procure these types of ingredients for their programs. We rescue quality foods such as Halibut and wild caught Salmon, fresh produce, dairy, and artisan breads.
